A report from the Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS) recommends that government authorities “promote or compel” mask to combat “long COVID,” conveniently just after midterms.
The HHS paper outlines measures for combating the Chinese coronavirus, which has been present for over three years. One of the ideas is to reinstate masking, arguing that it will help patients suffering from the lasting effects of their infection.
“The removing of mask mandates and apathetic attitude regarding masking and social distancing in many public and private areas significantly isolates people with Long COVID,” the paper concluded, advising that officials “promote or mandate regulations and protocols for masking and social distancing in public settings.”
This recommendation comes after the midterms and months after President Biden pronounced the outbreak “over.”
“The pandemic has ended. We are still having issues with Covid. We are still working hard on it. But the pandemic has ended. No one is wearing masks, as far as I can tell. Everyone appears to be in good health. As a result, I believe it is evolving. And I believe this is an excellent example of it,” he said in Sept.
The HHS report’s advice also follows Florida Governor Ron DeSantis’ (R) warning earlier in the year that leftists would reinstate regulations “if they sense the need” after the midterm elections.
“If they feel the need to do so, they will force mandates as soon as the elections are over. They will place restrictions,” DeSantis warned at a roundtable meeting in Doral, Florida, in March.
“And that is exactly what will happen. If those kinds of individuals are allowed to be in positions of authority — in my opinion, they have put Fauci under witness protection because he’ll say, you see, nope, you still should be wearing a mask, and he’ll never say, be normal, return back to the norm. So they understand that, and they know it’s not what people desire,” he added, underlining that “mandating and restricting individuals is unacceptable.”
“And that will occur. I tell you, any of those people who are there will see it happen in the winter of 2022,” he said.
Senator Marsha Blackburn (GOP-TN) is also speaking out. “Biden’s HHS is attempting to reintroduce mask mandates. Retweet if you’re tired of putting up with this bullshit!” she yelled.
