Pelosi Freaks Out Over Election Security

House Speaker Pelosi is not only hoping that Senator Joe Manchin will eventually support President Biden’s BBB agenda, she is also making the insane claim that GOP election integrity laws are a continuation of the January 6th riot.

Pelosi is giving off optimism that there is a possible deal to be gained with Manchin on Joe Biden’s monstrously expensive spending agenda that embodies a long Democrat wishlist even with the fact that he has repeatedly said no.

Manchin is a thorn in the left’s side and single-handedly stopped the passage of the pork-filled $1.75 trillion bill. The Senate is now evenly split, requiring the support of every Democratic senator to push the legislation forward.

“I do believe there is an agreement to be had,” she said on CBS’ “Face the Nation” Sunday. “It is so crucial for our country.”

“Whether we are talking about the need for more childcare… home healthcare, all of these things,” she said. “In addition to this, we see weather telling us that we need to do what is in this bill to deal with the climate crisis which is leading to many unusual natural disasters.”

It is widely rumored that Manchin could still support the bill given the correct circumstances. According to Axios, Manchin is now willing to talk about the package’s provisions on child care and climate change measures.

However, Manchin’s $1.8 trillion offer he gave to the White House late last year seems to be off the table after negotiations stopped between the Dem lawmaker and the Biden White House, the Washington Post said on Saturday.

Manchin told journalists that he is no longer working in discussions with the Biden White House and has signaled privately that he was not interested in approving Biden’s BBB Package.

And while Nancy Pelosi is holding out her hopes that Senator Manchin will regroup with the progressives, she is also pushing hard on voting rights with a collective Dem effort to federalize American elections giving full power to the government.

“There is nothing more crucial for us to do than safeguard our democracy and Constitution,” she declared on “Face the Nation,” putting forward the latest Dem talking point. “What the GOP are doing across the nation is really a legislative continuation of what happened on January 6, which is to undermine our American democracy, to undermine elections integrity, to undermine the voting power, which is the foundation of a democracy.”
