On Tuesday, the fake hearings about the mostly-peaceful protest around and in the Capitol on January 6 started in the House, and they are even more disgusting than expected.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi asked Capitol Police officers who recited prepared lines to justify a nationwide unconstitutional crackdown against Trump’s supporters. Having not completely secured the Capitol on January 6th, they wished to put the focus away from their own incompetence on that day.

Officer Daniel Hodges said that he sees Trump supporters as terrorists during his choreographed testimony:

Police Sgt. Aquilino Gonell gave Democrat talking points to demonize Trump for the Democrats in charge:

Officer Harry Dunn gave his best Jussie Smollett impression, conjuring up a story about terrible MAGA racists that seems like something from a liberal cat lady’s Twitter profile:

Republican Congress Liz Cheney (WY), who has routinely supported war crimes globally, used the hearings to push the case for using the war on terror against Trump supporters with January 6 as a pathetic excuse:

We have reported on the Abu Ghraib-style punishment that is currently being inflicted on Jan. 6 protesters who are still in custody:
“Republican Congressmen Chip Roy (TX) and Thomas Massie (KY) have given a letter to AG Merrick Garland demanding answers about the mistreatment of the Capitol Hill protesters who were in the mostly-peaceful protest in Washington D.C.”
“On May 12, you said to the Appropriations Committee that, ‘if there is a hierarchy of stuff we prioritize, this should be what we prioritize because it is the most dangerous thing to our democracy,’” the letter says.
These phony hearings are being used like a communist show trial to create the underlying basis for all Trump supporters to be targeted like the Jan. 6 prisoners. Patriotic people must rise up to stop this Soviet-style takeover of America.
