The so-called “resistance” judges are nothing more than activists in robes, wielding their gavels to override the president’s constitutional authority.
Trump’s latest battle with the judiciary came after Obama-appointed Judge James Boasberg blocked the deportation of 251 Venezuelan gang members, ordering their flights to be turned around midair—a reckless stunt that could have caused a disaster. The president had declared the gang, Tren de Aragua, a national security threat, invoking the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 to remove them from American soil. But instead of siding with law and order, a single unelected radical judge put American lives at risk to protect violent criminals.
This isn’t just an isolated case. Left-wing judges are rubber-stamping every radical lawsuit meant to obstruct Trump’s mission to secure America. Biden appointees are blocking Trump’s ban on transgender military service. Obama’s judges are stopping his crackdown on illegal alien criminals. And the entire Democrat legal machine is working overtime to bury the president in lawsuits.
Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed that in February alone, Trump faced 14 injunctions against his administration’s actions—with 160 “resistance” lawsuits still pending. The White House confirmed that a staggering 92% of these cases are from Democrat-appointed judges, a clear attempt to derail Trump’s second term through judicial activism.
The Supreme Court must act. If unelected judges can override a duly elected president’s orders, then we no longer have a constitutional republic. The Democrats couldn’t stop Trump at the ballot box, they failed to convict him in impeachment hoaxes, and their attempts to jail him flopped. Now they’ve turned to the courts to do what they could never accomplish through democracy—keeping America weak, open, and vulnerable.
The left’s lawfare is failing, and they know it. Trump’s approval is soaring. His policies are proving effective. And Americans are waking up to the corrupt cartel of judges and lawyers protecting criminals while attacking patriots.
