Trump Is Already Winning In The Courtroom

The 9th Circuit Court for Appeals allegedly ordered the pornographic star to pay an extra $121,972.56 of the former president’s legal costs accrued during her unsuccessful slander case, giving the former president another legal win over Stormy Daniels on Tuesday.

When former President Trump was in NY City facing 34 charges of falsifying company documents in connection with his purported hush payments to Stormy Daniels, he gained another court win against the porn actress on the other side of the nation.

According to a social media post by Trump lawyer Harmeet Dhillon, the 9th Circuit Appeals Court in LA decided that Daniels must pay Mr. Trump for an additional $121,972.56 in legal fees for an unsuccessful slander case she filed against then-President Trump in 2018.

When combined with prior decisions in Trump’s favor regarding the amount of expenses, which amounted to around $500,000, Daniels will owe Trump roughly $600,000 in legal costs, with the former president allegedly also owing her approximately $54,000 in legal expenses.

In response to the newest decision, Donald Trump Jr., the former president’s son, tweeted: “BREAKING!!! Stormy Daniels’ attorney costs were granted to Trump by the 9th Circuit. The order has just been published. This is on top of the $500k she currently owes him.”

“LOL glad she is out there claiming her T-shirt sales are booming so she can pay Trump!”

Stormy Daniels used her social media account ahead of the ruling to make lewd remarks about Mr. Trump’s detention, writing: “Y’all continue to say ‘cum dumpster’ like it is a bad thing. It’s a lot more enjoyable being under my sexy guy than being arrested.”

The decision that Daniels must pay Trump the extra $121,972.56 stems from a distinct case from the criminal procedures initiated by far-left New York DA Alvin Bragg over the $130,000 given out to Daniels in alleged hush money by former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.

Daniels filed the slander lawsuit against Trump in 2018 after then-President Trump rejected a composite drawing of a man the porn star claimed attempted to threaten her about an alleged romance with Mr. Trump as a “total scam job.”
