In Oct. 2021 the Biden White House said they were reinstating Title 42, which forces the immediate expulsion of illegals back to Mexico. The covid pandemic was mentioned as the main reason why this policy was being used.
“The DHS will continue to process people in accordance with the updated CDC Title 42 Order. As part the U.S. COVID-19 mitigation efforts, DHS will deport single adults and families encountered at the Southern Border,” the DHS put out in a statement.
“Title 42 is a public health authority, not immigration authority, and its use is thus dictated by the United States CDC. As announced on Aug. 2, 2021, the CDC will review the latest details about the status of the coronavirus pandemic and connected public health risks for every sixty days to guarantee that the Order remains needed to guard the public health. DHS will continue to defer to public health experts on matters related to Title 42 while developing safe and legal pathways for migration.”
Clearly, Title 42 is not being properly enforced. Illegals are not being required to be vaccinated or are not even tested for the covid-19 virus.
The video comes after some reports revealed illegals being allowed to use arrest warrants as photo ID before getting on flights.
Just last week DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas said that illegal entry into the nation was no longer considered a deportable offense.
This comes at a time when Biden’s approval numbers have fallen down to essentially nothing. Americans are fed up with open border mass migration into all white countries on the planet, and only white countries. They are also angered by Republican inaction and avoidance of this topic. The only person who has spoken seriously about deportations at a federal level is former President Donald Trump.
