New court filings in California show just how complicit the media and the medical community were in covering up record-level harm from the COVID shots. A registered nurse named Michelle Spencer is suing her employer, Community Medical Centers (CMC). Spencer is a labor and delivery nurse. When she tried to blow the whistle on a 5,000% increase in stillbirths, she says the hospital retaliated against her. Based on the latest court filings, it looks as if the media covered up one of the biggest stories in America about the COVID pandemic.
Michelle Spencer had been helping deliver babies at CMC for years when the COVID pandemic hit. Stillbirth rates at the hospital were right in line with the national average for many years. They’d see approximately 1 stillborn baby per month. That stayed true through 2020, the first year of COVID.
In the spring of 2021, after the CDC misled the public about the “safe and effective” COVID jabs, the hospital system began aggressively pushing the shots on pregnant women. They were getting a sweet federal kickback for every dose of mRNA that they put into a pregnant mom’s arm.
Spencer’s lawsuit says that immediately after the rollout of the shots, she started seeing 4 or 5 stillbirths per week. The hospital system experienced a 5,000% increase in stillbirths, but only among women who had received the COVID shots. Among unvaccinated women, the rates stayed normal.
In August 2021, Spencer witnessed a shocking number of fetal deaths. By that time, she also realized that no one was recording the deaths in the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS). The record-high deaths continued after that.
In September 2022, Spencer’s supervisor in the maternity ward sent out an email to all the nurses. The subject line of the email was “Record High Dead Babies.”
In December 2022, Spencer sent a formal complaint to the hospital’s management. She called them out for not reporting any of the deaths in VAERS, for not sounding the alarm to the public, and for not following up on why the hospital had been seeing record-high numbers of fetal deaths for the past year and a half.
In case the shock hasn’t set in yet as you’re reading this, the maternity ward at CMC saw more than 300 fetal deaths during the 18 months after the rollout of the COVID jabs. The number should have been 18 or fewer.
The national average before the shots were released was 5.7 stillbirths per 1,000 births. That was the rate at CMC the whole time that Spencer says she worked there. In the spring of 2021, the rate at her hospital skyrocketed to 29.3 stillbirths per 1,000 births. The lawsuit says that a higher rate of stillbirths at CMC continues to this day. The hospital has had to provide counseling to the nurses in that ward, because they’re so traumatized from seeing so many stillbirths.
The hospital ignored Spencer’s formal complaint. They didn’t start posting the deaths in the VAERS system. They didn’t warn the public. The lawsuit alleges that when the California Department of Public Health asked the hospital why so many babies were dying there, administrators misled the state and covered it up.
Michelle Spencer finally couldn’t take it any longer. She blew the whistle. She leaked the “Record High Dead Babies” email to news outlets in California and to many national mainstream media outlets.
Feel free to do a search and see if you can find the text of that email reported anywhere. Not a single news outlet anywhere in the country has ever published the text of the Record High Dead Babies email. Many of them have it. The email is probably still sitting in the inboxes of dozens of reporters, editors, and news directors across the country.
But you will only find the email referenced in a handful of stories about Spencer’s lawsuit. No one has ever published it.
Spencer is suing for damages after the hospital allegedly retaliated against her, as well as court costs. The suit also demands reforms at CMC, including an independent audit of all the baby deaths that happened after the rollout of the COVID shots, mandatory VAERS reporting on baby deaths, and a ban on the hospital’s coercive vaccination policies.
Fortunately, the lawsuit states that the contents of the Record High Dead Baby Email will be entered as Exhibit A in the trial. We can’t wait to finally read it, after the media has been covering up this explosive story for the past three years.
