In the wake of the shooting in Minneapolis, one thing has become abundantly clear: our law enforcement officers are being pushed into impossible situations. ICE agents have been tasked with keeping our country safe, with little support from Democrat leaders in the communities they work in, and constant judgment from those who do not understand they are there to try to keep the American people safe from criminals. When an incident happens, especially one involving a fatality, the media and leftist activists are always quick to attack the officer involved, casting him as a villain even when video evidence clearly exonerates them.
This is not justice. This is not the America our Founders built. We must remember that law enforcement officers are our neighbors, our brothers and sisters, our sons and daughters.
