Spa Shock: New Jersey Nude Policy Sparks Outrage

There’s a strange new rule for spas in New Jersey, and it’s the kind of thing that makes normal people scratch their heads and say, “What in the world is going on?” King Spa in Palisades Park – a traditional Korean spa where nudity isn’t just allowed but required for certain services – is being forced to allow biological men, who identify as women, into the female-only nude areas. Yes, even if they still have all their male anatomy intact. And no, this isn’t a joke.

This change didn’t come from customer demand. It came from a lawsuit. A transgender individual going be the name Alexandra Goebert sued the spa after being asked to leave the women’s section because, well, she’s a biological man with male parts, asking to be around nude biological women. The staff offered a compromise – wear a bathing suit and you can stay. But that wasn’t good enough. Goebert declined the offer, filed a lawsuit in 2022, and now, after a confidential settlement, the spa has rolled over completely. Men have literally sued their way into seeing women naked.

Under the new policy, anyone can use the male or female section based solely on the gender marked on their government-issued ID. That means if a biological man changes the “M” to an “F” on his license, he’s now free to stroll into the female nude area, drop the towel, and make himself at home.

If you’re a woman who feels uncomfortable sharing a naked spa with someone who has a male body – too bad. According to the spa’s new rules, you can either book a private room or give up the communal spa entirely. In other words, the comfort of women who want privacy is now second to the feelings of someone who insists on being accepted into a space based on identity rather than biology.

The updated policy even spells it out: “Clients who choose to access and use sex-segregated areas where partial or full nudity is either required or permitted do so with the understanding that other clients using those areas may have bodies that do not appear to align with the stereotypical body parts associated with the gender designated for that area.”

Translation: If you walk into the women’s area, don’t be surprised if the person next to you is anatomically male. And if you don’t like it? That’s your problem now.

This isn’t about kindness or inclusion. It’s about forcing women to give up their sense of safety while naked and vulnerable. It’s about telling women – mothers, daughters, grandmothers – that their discomfort doesn’t matter. That the safe, private spaces they’ve always had now belong to anyone who wants in, no questions asked.

This is what happens when common sense loses to political correctness. And it’s not just happening in some far-off city. It’s right here, in a family-friendly spa in New Jersey. The same kind of place a mom might take her teenage daughter for a relaxing day. Now she has to wonder if a grown man might be in the locker room with them, fully nude, and legally protected to be there.

This isn’t progress. It’s insanity dressed up in legal language. The Democrat-led culture war on biology and tradition is creeping into every corner of American life – even the spas. And they always wrap it in the same message: if you don’t like it, you’re the problem.

The question now is: how far will we let this go? Because if a nude spa in New Jersey can’t protect women’s spaces, what’s next? Girls’ sports? Bathrooms in schools? Women’s shelters? The line keeps moving, and it never moves toward common sense.

It’s time to draw the line. Not with hate, but with truth. Biology matters. Women’s safety matters. And no amount of lawsuits or woke policies should change that.
