Big Tech Betrays America After Bringing In Billions

Despite the fact that all Republicans are unified in their opposition to the reconciliation of the “Build Back Better” legislation, Mitch McConnell along with 16 other GOP senators voted for the tiny BBB bill, delivering billions of dollars to firms that have made a brain gain for China’s trade thievery. Not only did McConnell agree to the legislation despite Democrats’ refusal to consider amendments that would make sure that jobs would stay in America, but now these very businesses are asking for more foreign workers to employ.

“The U.S. educational system currently fails to provide enough Americans that have the right skills to satisfy the demand of firms, not only in the semiconductor industry, but all across the technology sector,” wrote nine HR managers from semiconductor firms in a letter to the congressional leaders. The following companies signed it: Ampere Computing; Advanced Micro Devices, Inc.; ASML US; Broadcom Inc.; Americas Global Foundries; Americas Corp.; Infineon Technologies; Intel Corporation; Samsung Semiconductors America, Inc.; Texas Instruments Incorporated.

These businesses are attempting to steal our money and fuel the fire of our supply chain by employing more Chinese and Indian nationals. How do you feel China has us by the neck when it comes to our industrial base? For decades, China flooded our nation with foreign students and green card holders. Some of them were decent individuals, but many were not. They brought knowledge back home that helped China’s industrial base grow. This is how China has been able to create a network of people who are knowledgeable in the United States and then work for these American or Chinese corporations overseas at a lower rate.

According to a Senate Homeland Security subcommittee report, there are 10,000 Chinese nationals working in DOE’s national laboratories as researchers. The study revealed that agencies and departments that conduct scientific research, such as the National Institutes of Health and the State Department, do not “routinely track visa applicants linked to China’s talent recruitment plans.”

According to a new report, Chinese researchers working for various American scientific research agencies were paid by the communist government under the Thousand Talents Plan. “American taxpayer-funded research helped China rise from brain drain to brain gain over the last 20 years,” it states.
