Democrats In Terror Over Trump’s Latest Swing State News

According to a recent Public Policy Polling poll, former President Donald Trump has a double-digit advantage in the crucial Pennsylvania state.

The poll asked Republican participants who they would support in the GOP presidential primary if given the option between Trump, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, Former Vice President Mike Pence, and Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley.

In such a case, Trump gains a significant lead with 49 percent of the vote. With 31 percent of the vote, DeSantis finishes in a distant second, and Haley and Pence are tied for fifth place with 5 percent each. Another 10% of respondents said they were undecided about their support.

Republicans were then asked which of the top two contenders, Trump and DeSantis, they would support. In that case, Trump still has the upper hand, 48 percent to 40 percent, with DeSantis trailing by eight percent. 13 percent more people are unsure.

Additionally, the poll revealed that Trump had the highest favorability rating of the contenders, with a positive rating of 75%. DeSantis is viewed favorably by 71% of voters, whereas Haley and Pence are viewed favorably by 40% and 35%, respectively.

On March 9 and 10, 2023, 616 likely Republican primary voters participated in the survey. It comes as Trump is continuing to dominate in national polls and even gaining majority support in the recent Morning Consult survey that was released last week.

According to Breitbart News:

“According to the poll, Trump has gained popularity over the past week and has already surpassed the majority requirement. Around the end of February, Trump saw 50% support. This week, that has climbed by 3% to 53%.”

“No other official or potential rival comes close. Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida, receives support from 28% of the electorate, falling behind by 25%. This represents a two-point decline from the 30% of votes he received at the end of February. In other words, in less than a month, the difference between Trump and DeSantis has increased from 20% to 25%.”

“Nikki Haley, who officially entered the presidential campaign last month, has seen her support drop by two points since making her announcement, from 6% to 4%. Former Representative Liz Cheney receives 2% support, while former Vice President Mike Pence receives 7%.”

Pennsylvania, which Trump narrowly won in 2016, will be a crucial state in the 2024 presidential election. In response to Biden’s ongoing criticism of “MAGA Republicans” from the past year, he has held rallies in the Keystone State since losing the same state by over 80,000 votes in 2020.

“He is the state’s enemy. If you’re looking for the truth.” During a Save America rally there, Trump referred to Biden as the enemy of the state.

He stated, “Republicans in the MAGA movement are not attempting to subvert our democracy.”

“Simply said, we are the ones attempting to save our democracy. The radical left, not the right, is the threat to democracy,” Trump continued.
