Democrats Want Church Shooter Identity Hidden For A Reason

You’re probably already aware that on Sunday afternoon, a crazy lady entered Joel Osteen’s Lakewood megachurch with her young kid and an AR-15 and started fire. After the smoke cleared, two off-duty cops killed the gunman, Genesse Ivonne Moreno, 36. A 57-year-old guy was shot in the leg and treated at a hospital before being released. And Moreno’s seven-year-old kid had been shot in the head. The youngster is still in serious condition, with a terrible outlook.

It’s unclear whether Moreno shot her child, but there are a lot of unanswered questions in this case. Despite having schizophrenia and a history of arrests, the lady was able to legally purchase weapons, according to major news outlets. According to CNN, “The shooter used an AR-15 with a ‘Palestine’ sticker on it during the incident, which she lawfully purchased in December, authorities said.” According to a federal law enforcement source, she also carried an unloaded.22 caliber firearm in her backpack.

In a Facebook message, Moreno’s former mother-in-law, Walli Carranza, blamed the tragedy on lax Texas gun restrictions, a claim that other news outlets cited.

“The fault lies with Montgomery and Harris County child protective services for refusing to remove custody of a woman with known mental illness who was not being treated, as well as with the state of Texas for not having powerful red flag laws that would have stopped her from owning or having a gun,” Carranza wrote.

“Let it be clear that the second amendment ends where the first amendment right to life starts, and it is time to remove all protections for gun ownership from the US Constitution. With her weak grasp on the First Amendment, I wouldn’t accept Carranza’s judgment of Texas gun regulations at its value.”

However, in court records during divorce proceedings between Enrique Carranza III, her son, and the gunman, Carranza stated that the courts were engaged with Moreno’s mental health, according to ABC.

“The mother-in-law’s declaration also argues that Moreno should not have been permitted to carry a pistol, saying that Moreno had been under involuntary mental commitment at least four times while using an alias.”

Moreno’s ex-husband, Enrique Carranza III, also stated in a separation-related declaration that “she is a documented schizophrenic, and [Child Protective Services] has advised her that she cannot have a gun.”

Furthermore, although it is not always a disqualifier in Texas, Moreno had been arrested many times, including for unlawful firearm possession, for which she served two days in the Fort Bend County Jail. Don Hooper, a Houston-based oil businessman and political pundit, tweeted her mugshots and the year of each arrest:

Another topic of disagreement is whether Moreno thought herself a male at all. The Houston Police Department investigated the incident and discovered that she had always used female pronouns, although she also went by the names Jeffery or Jeffry.

Another impediment to Moreno getting a legal handgun is that she is not a US citizen. She was born in El Salvador, however, it is unknown what her present residency status is. However, throughout the divorce process (about 2020–2022), she was deportable.

According to the mother-in-law’s declaration, Moreno submitted a bogus birth certificate for the kid and refused to change it. She reportedly informed medical staff that the father, Carranza, was “dead” or “homeless” and unknown.

“Her son “has been hesitant to file the criminal charges on his wife; now his former wife because, as she is not a US citizen,” the mother-in-law’s affidavit stated, and “as she already has previous criminal convictions, she would probably be deported if convicted of a third-degree felony that stems from filing a fraudulent birth certificate. He informed [Houston Police] officers that he did not want this for the lady he loved and married, as well as the mother of his kid. He informed the police that he wants her to reside somewhere where she can receive great mental health care. “He doesn’t hate her; he despises her mental sickness and her reluctance to address it.””

Indeed, Hooper discovered that Immigration had placed a detainer on her at one time.

So, if Moreno was an alien who was deportable as recently as 2022, she was most certainly ineligible to purchase a gun in Texas.

You know what else she wasn’t qualified to do? Vote. But Hooper, who has political ties, looked up the woman’s purported voting records in Texas. Guess what he discovered?

Moreno appears to be a Montgomery County, Texas, voter. When I submitted her name and date of birth in the county Voter Registration Database, it worked.

Yes, we must pray for this family, caught in the midst of this multifaceted catastrophe, particularly for the innocent kid whose entire existence has been horrible.

We also need to demand electoral integrity.
