Federal Judge Gives Disastrous News To Biden (Trump Will Love This)

The records taken by the FBI from Mar-a-Lago earlier this month will be examined by a special master, according to a federal judge who sided with former President Donald Trump and declared her “preliminary intent to appoint a special master.”

The Department of Justice (DOJ) would not be permitted to use any papers or materials that were covered by executive privilege or the attorney-client privilege, according to a review by a “special master”.

Judge Aileen M. Cannon, who was appointed by Trump, made her ruling less than a week after Trump’s legal team submitted a request asking for an impartial assessment of the confiscated materials. In a petition submitted on Monday, Trump claimed that the FBI raid was an attempt by President Joe Biden’s DOJ to smear him politically.

“Law enforcement serves as a cover for Americans. It cannot be used as a tool for political ends, according to Trump’s move. “Therefore, in the wake of an extraordinary and unnecessary raid on President Trump’s residence at Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Florida, we request judicial help.”

According to Breitbart News:

“Trump’s Motion for Judicial Oversight and Additional Relief” asks the court to name a Special Master, stop the FBI from looking into the materials it has already taken until the Special Master is named, force the government to produce a more thorough property receipt, and order the return of any items confiscated that were beyond the purview of the search warrant.

According to Fox News, Judge Cannon made her ruling on Saturday based on Trump’s submissions and “the extraordinary circumstances provided.”

Cannon said in a filing that “the Court thus gives notice of its preliminary intent to appoint a special master in this matter,” without prejudice to the parties’ objections and in accordance with Rule 53(b)(1) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Court’s inherent jurisdiction.

The DOJ has objected to the special master’s appointment.

In addition, Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, who authorized the search warrant, issued a highly redacted version of the underlying affidavit used to support the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago the day before Judge Cannon’s judgment.

Based on the contents of 15 boxes that Trump willingly gave to the agency, the federal authorities discovered “probable cause” to think he inappropriately held secret information at Mar-a-Lago.

As soon as word of Judge Cannon’s ruling leaked, Trump reiterated his assertions that the FBI raid was “done for political motives” in a statement.

Trump said on Truth Social, “Federal Judge in Florida recently took over the Presidential Records Act case, including the unprecedented, unnecessary, and break-in of my residence, Mar-a-Lago. “This attack was carried out for political reasons right before the midterm elections (and, of course, in 2024!).” It is a shame to our nation, which is currently in the Third World!
