A bomb-sniffing canine was at the Democratic National Committee (DNC) on the morning of January 6, 2021, but it was unable to find a purported pipe bomb that was positioned just a few feet away, according to recently unearthed footage.
Further raising serious concerns over the alleged pipe bombs put at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) and in close proximity to the Republican National Committee (RNC) on January 6th is the surveillance footage. According to the FBI, the devices were set off at approximately 8:00 p.m. on January 5 but went unnoticed until the next day. They were both found shortly after trespassers broke into the Capitol.
According to the Capitol Police, the bomb caused a resource diversion at a crucial moment, which allowed the demonstrations on January 6 at the Capitol to become out of control.
The attempt to bomb political headquarters would prove to be the most noteworthy event of January 6, providing strong evidence that it was a violent uprising. But since then, neither Democrats nor law enforcement have really brought them up.
The Department of Justice erroneously claimed that Kamala Harris was at the Capitol at the time, and they utilized her concealment of this truth to imply that she could have been at risk from trespassers at the DNC.
While comparing January 6 to September 11 and Pearl Harbor in her address, she made a point of mentioning neither the DNC nor the pipe bombs, claiming that her safety came exclusively from having “left” the Capitol rather than having gone there.
Since the Secret Service would conduct sweeps of places where a high-level protectee like the Vice President-elect traveled, the fact that people were unaware that he was at the DNC averted concerns about how a device might have escaped notice.
However, the newly revealed footage, which was initially published by Julie Kelly and was made public by House Committee on Administration Oversight Subcommittee Chair Barry Loudermilk (R-Georgia), demonstrates that a bomb-sniffing dog was there, maybe even apart from Harris’s detail.
A security camera facing the Democratic National Convention (DNC) captures a bomb-sniffing dog and his handler at 9:29 a.m. The handler is walking the dog around the building’s walls when they enter the frame from the right. A bench about 20 feet to the right of the camera frame contained the alleged pipe bomb, indicating that the dog passed it by before the camera captured a picture of it.
A little SUV arrives in the DNC driveway at 9:44 a.m. The handler opens the doors and lets the dog poke its nose inside each one. The SUV can drive in once the dog doesn’t react.
When The Daily Wire asked the DNC about its security measures, if a dog was there, and how the device went undetected, the organization did not reply.
At 11:25 a.m., Harris arrived at the DNC.
Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Kentucky) released video from the same camera, which captures the inquisitive police’s response at 1:05 p.m. when they learn about the explosives. Just like the bomb-sniffing dog, a guy enters the frame from the right, approaches a police vehicle, and converses with the occupants of a black SUV and a local police cruiser. A few minutes later, the policemen get out of their cars and start walking about idly. They let a bunch of kids cross the street and come right up to the bomb. Finally, a cop uses his phone to snap a photo of the explosives.
At 1:17 p.m., Harris left the DNC. Whether the facility was evacuated upon the discovery of the explosives, the DNC declined to comment to The Daily Wire.
The FBI used sophisticated techniques to find hundreds of people who had committed infractions such as trespassing during the Capitol disturbance, but they were never able to locate the assumed bomber. With just two blurry images of the subject, the FBI published a wanted poster. The seat where the device was put had a camera trained on it, but no footage of the explosive being planted itself has been made public.
