Texas had reached its breaking point with Biden’s open border policies and the planned Texas Senate Bill 4, which would have given the state the authority to detain undocumented immigrants; however, the Supreme Court intervened and stopped the process.
Texas is now unable to stop the invasion at the border, at least not until March 13, when the Supreme Court of the United States will issue a definitive decision.
Sara Gonzales laments, “We can’t maintain our border sovereignty; we can’t execute our laws.”
The Biden administration has been arranging flights for over 320,000 undocumented immigrants to 43 different places across the nation, according to a FOIA complaint by the Center for Immigration Studies, which exacerbates the situation.
Sara remarks, “You don’t even have to walk these days. You can easily obtain a free phone, debit card, travel, money, and everything else, but not if you’re an American citizen. You should remain on the streets if you are a homeless veteran.”
Eric July of Rippaverse Comics continues, “It’s so clear, and you may see the Supreme Court wind up embracing the viewpoint of the Federal Government because I do not think that they desire freer states.”
There are obviously significant ramifications for how Texas might react to such a negative decision.
Eric claims that Texas must adopt a “we don’t care” stance and choose to defend the border regardless of the implications for the country if the Supreme Court strikes down SB4 and prohibits the state from defending its borders.
Sara concurs, asking, “What will they do? Already, the Border Patrol has expressed their gratitude for the Texas National Guard and called out Joe Biden, stating he is not doing a good job.
“It could escalate into violence, but that might be the end.”
